- Highlander 2010 limited with 190k mileage dies after starting but start normally second time. OBD code is P0102. Kindly assist

- That's a code for maf air flow either the sensor or air intake leaks or a dirty engine filter, start by checking the air filter condition, look for lose or cracks on the intake ducts and joints, also the maf sensor you can try and use maf sensor cleaner to clean it sometimes it works.
The rev does not pass 4000 rpm. I have cleaned the maf still d same

Did you check for air leaks in the intake ?
Check fuel pressure.
If all is good replace maf sensor.
take the car to someone that has a bidirectional scanner and look at live data for air and fuel that will tell you a lot.
