Hey Scotty, How often should the transmission fluid be changed on my 2019 Honda Accord 2.0t with the 10 speed automatic transmission?

Good question.
Newer Honda's have a "maintenance minder" that will throw a code when the transmission fluid needs replacement.
#3 is the code for transmission fluid replacement. It will probably come up with an oil change code, as in "A3" or "B3".
There are several codes for different maintenance items. Look for "Maintenance Minder" in your owner's manual.
Personally, I would change every 60,000 miles.
