My Honda turbo works great until in 5 and 6th gear when the turbo does not kick in.
Any clues as to what the problem could be?
I have had a diagnostic done on the car and it does not show any errors

Did the diagnostic include recording live data while the problem is happening to get a picture of what's going on? That's what you need.
