hey Scotty i know you say not to buy a honda with a 1.5L engine bur what if you already own one. what can i do to preserve the life of my car

If I remember, I believe Scotty said that if you switch to a different oil, then you wouldn't get the oil dilution problem.

It's for a new Civic but it's the same engine so all advice given should be applicable. I do it for my Civic Touring (1.5L turbo) and no oil dilution issues so far.
