I bought my 2010 honda accord (60k miles) a few weeks ago so far drain and filled all fluids, spark plugs, filter, engine oil.
I been reading some people are doing a drain and fill on automatic transmission 3 times over when they buy the car, I was thinking should I do it every oil change 2 more times (every 3800 miles) then do it every 30k miles?

Not a bad idea as long as you do not flush it and just change it that's fine
