Recently went to the mechanic because I had these codes and he told me that it seems to be a gasket in the fuel filler neck. He said that it would likely need a new neck and gas pan. Is this true and what may be a fair price for this job? I was thinking only the filler neck would need to be replaced. He didn't give me a price but I've googled stuff and it seems like an expensive job for only a gasket?
EVAP codes are not easy to deal with. Use a smoke machine to determine the leak. You may also have to use a pro Scantool to actuate solenoids and what not

Don't think they did when checking. Can they find out its the fuel filler neck gasket without it? Wondering what would be a fair price and if the neck and gas tank would both need to be replaced
