Just replaced the alternator on my Honda 93 but I noticed that the problem isn’t going away the symptoms are that it starts totally fine, but when trying to accelerate I have to slowly step on the pedal, if not it will just not even engage, aside from that not check engine or anything like that

Well change the fuel filter spark plugs air filter pray it's a simple thing like that if not that pressure test the fuel pump it could be weak but if not that you might want to have the fuel injectors pressure clean they could be clogged up
