How to fix my 2009 Honda Odyssey?

I have a 2009 Honda Odyssey, automatic, 170k miles, bought from a dealership used, and it ran fine for a few weeks. Now it has a hesitation when starting and oil on 4 of six spark plugs along with a rough idle. Last codes scanned said bank 1 running rich, bank 2 running rich, cylinder 1 misfire (I assumed from the oil), cylinder 3 misfire (I assume oil) and random misfire. I’m not sure what could be causing the starting problem I’m about 90% sure the oil is from the gaskets around the spark plug housing, but I’m not sure if the oil is causing the starting hesitation or a fuel problem like Honda told me.

Can you please post all the individual DTCs?

Do a compression test (wet and dry) on all cylinders and check and see if you have a head gasket leak. From the looks of it, the motor is going to need to be rebuilt/replaced.
