Is there a reason for you to change? Is there a problem with the Civic, on another note which trim level/engine is it? Do you want to upgrade to something luxurious? Why do you want to change? How much would would you loose by switching to the Lexus? How long do you usually keep your cars?

The only reason I would see trading the civic for the Lexus is if you want something more luxurious. Otherwise, keep driving the civic it will last a long time.
You don't need to sell it yet. You still have a long way to go unless you want a luxury reliable vehicle.
