2011 Honda Civic vibrates when radiator fan kicks in

Hi scotty, I noticed that my car vibrates when the radiator fan kicks. I have new engine supports. It vibrates slightly that can be felt on the steering wheel. Honda Civic 2011 100k kms

Start with load testing the battery and alternator.

Just replaced both of them. Could it be that the throttle body is dirty and the valves need to be tuned up? Never had them touched before
