Horn not working at Steering wheel

Hi Scotty!

2009 Nissan Versa 1.8L Model S, Automatic (non CVT) Milage is 230,000 - No codes except for the Driver Airbag blinking started 2+ years ago after Takata recall which was replaced at dealer 4 years ago.

The horn works when setting the alarm. I replaced the Relay and checked the 10amp fuse.

I'm at a lost on why it doesn't work when pressed on the steering wheel.

Can you help?
