I know you like Toyotas and Hondas, but here in Israel they are quite expensive, we only drive about 3000 miles a YEAR (we are both in our 70s), so is a Kia or Hyundai ok for us? Thanks

Scotty did a video a while ago in which he said that Kias had improved.

So maybe on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being the worst) Kia has "improved" from 0 to 1.

However you are looking at Kia's offerings in Israel and they may well use different engines and drivetrains in your country that are not as problematical as those in the U.S.

Actually, the review was pretty favorable, so I would like to hear from Scotty himself if that is possible.

Scotty picks a few topics each day to respond to, he cannot do them all. The rest are answered by the community. Chances are he's not going to be familiar with the vehicles sold in your part of the world. It might help if you provided a link to the video along with the timestamp of his comments.

Anything but Kia/Hyundai. Look for something else. RUN AWAY fron Hyundais and Kias.

This ain't a Nissan and Nissan Frontier/Titan situation. This js a crap and still crap situation.

Good luck. Scotty doesn't drive cars sold in the middle east.
