Hey Scotty I purchased a 1999 Chevy cavalier z24 2.4l coupe, and replaced the ignition lock cylinder, I tried doing the relearn procedure but something went wrong, the car turns but sometimes it goes into theft system which then I try to start it x2 and in the 3rd it fills starts..? Do you think I just need to redo the relearn on it? Thank you

You could try the relearn process but really on those things. The part you bought if it wasn't original equipment might not even work right. And you need a dealer level scan tool like I have to reprogram it anyway you can't just put it in and think it's going to work. It has to be reprogrammed and unless you have a fancy machine like I have. The procedure is that they give you are just hit and miss. Sometimes they work sometimes I don't
