Hi, got a mazda 3 2016 and about 4 months ago i did a clean using a special spray for each place, one maf spray and one intake spray.
i want to keep my car as neat and in good condition as possible, can i clean it again?
can it do any good?
can over doing it cause some harm even if i clean it correctly?
Yes, yes, no. How often you do it really depends on how much you drive. Every 25,000 miles would be doing it more often than most folks and might fit in with your plan.
How often should i clean MAF sensor and Intake?
when it looks dirty (by the I mean there significant buildup. Not just discoloration), or the engine doesn't run right, or you get trouble codes.

No. 3 times a year is totally unnecessary. It won't do any good, and you just risk damaging something.
