. i dropped the pan and valve cover. didnot find anything in the oil.

Did you check the screen on the pickup tube?

Debris shouldn't get past that or the filter, so I can't see how anything would get into the galleries.

SO NO NEED TO DROP THE OIL PAN AND CHECK INSIDE.?

It's not always as simple as taking just the oil pan off on more modern cars and trucks. Generally, the last few bolts that are needed to fully unbolt the oil pan from the engine block are hidden behind the bell housing of the transmission, requiring the transmission to come out first. My old Ranger was like that. You only said you have a Honda of some kind, and the instructions clearly state the year, make, model and mileage are required for us to be able to fully help you. If you update us with at least the model, engine and year the Honda was produced, that would be helpful.

Well you were running it so if anything was in there it would be all squashed and mushed up. I would advise if you're worried to get a good oil flush, follow the directions on the oil flush. Can then drain the oil and change the oil and filter. If anything's in there that would get it out and you could go through the empty oil to see if there's any pieces in it

@scottykilmer SO NO NEED TO DROP THE OIL PAN AND CHECK INSIDE.? I DID AN OILFLUSH( U MADE A VIDEO ADVIING NOT TO USE THAT STUFF) I WILL CHECK THRU THEOIL ND FILTER. . THANK YOU . AND I JUST NOTICED CAPS WAS ON SORRY.

To get the new oil pressure sensor in had to remove the oil filter and the was hardly had any  oil on in the filter. i have left the filter drippng over night and theresalways oi when removing the oil filter. seemed different this time. so what do i do now
