How to convert cc to hp?

There's no direct conversion, as  cc measures volume and hp measures amount of work the engine can perform. But for reference, most "regular" car engines produce from around 50-100 hp per 1000cc (a liter). Turbocharged engines can be up to 200 hp per liter, and racing engines way more than that.

Ohh okay make sense now thankyou

The dirty way of doing this is as follows:

About 14 to 17 cc = 1 HP, … that is, if you talking plain ordinary car or bike.

If you, however, talking details, there's no simple relationship.
