How to fix 2017 Dodge Durango service message

I just purchased a 2017 Dodge Durango GT through a junk yard. It was a theft and recovery vehicle that is in good shape with 42,000 miles.
So far all I’ve had to do is install a new rim/tire, and windshield.
The issue I’m having is that the Uconnect will not connect to my phone.

It flashes a “vehicle phone requires service” onscreen and says to contact your dealer.

Also, the antenna/fin on the back roof top was disconnected, which I hooked back up already.

attached is the warning screen on the console pic and the Antenna connect pic

Have you tried unhooking the battery?

when they've been totally acts like that there's no saying what's happened to the wiring system of the car if you want to go that far get a full wiring diagram and start tracing it through and pray it hasn't shorted out the body control module
