From pictures? That sounds like magic to me.
Usually the front end gets more dinged up on the freeway, bugs in the grill, and the windshield gets pockmarked. But the seller would have buffed all the out.
if you do the math, they drove around 18k per year which is a bit above average, so I don't think highway driving will play a significant role in the condition.
