Humming/vibration coming from rear of vehicle while driving.

I have a 2009 Honda CRV AWD. 120,000 miles. When I’m driving at slow and fast speeds I can hear a humming/ vibrating noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. Steering also sometimes shakes when going over speeds of 60 mph, no every time though. I jacked the rear up and there is no play in the tire when shaking it left and right and top and bottom. Tires are wearing evenly. Car doesn’t shake when braking. Could it be my wheel bearings just starting to go out? Could it be that my tires need balanced? Could it be slightly warped rear brake rotors? Rear brakes are disc brakes. Thanks.

I don't think it's your brakes since you said that the steering wheel doesn't shake when braking. Check the bearings and see if they are worn out- if not, you might just need a wheel alignment.
