Hi Scotty,

I have a 2007 Santa Fe, the car runs great.  It has approx. 187000 miles on it, recently the check engine came on.  I check the codes with the AD410 scanner.  the codes are P0463 AND P2068.  Circuit High Input comes up.  when i fuel up the check engine comes on when there is a full tank, when the tank reaches to half the light goes off.  what parts need replacing and can I do it myself to save some money.

Sincerely,

Frank Barresi

It would appear that your fuel level sending unit in the tank, or the wiring to it, is bad. How tough it is to repair depends on whether the gas tank needs to be dropped.
