My CRV is making a stutter when about 2000 RPM and makes the shift from 1st to second speed, I think. I just boughted. Do you think an oil change will resolve the problem. The oil looks clean but there is no history of services

It could if the ATF is low. If it is dark and burnt, do not touch it.
