I have a 2005 Nissan Altima 2.5 Sedan 4 Cylinder and every time I turn it makes a sound by the tires like if metal is rubbing with each other and also the car shakes a lot but when I put it in neutral it stops shaking?

Sounds like your transmission/differential might going out. Also you need to have your CV joints , motor and transmission mounts looked at. Also jack it up, wiggle the tires at 12 and 6 and again at 9 and 3 oclock. If you have any play then you also could have tie rod or ball joint issues.
