My Dodge Ram 2006 still leaks water in and collects under rear seats . I replaced cab vents , resealed windows and light above rear window with silicon rubber . I’m not sure we’re to look for a leak next .

More than likely you need to start completely over. When they replaced my Ranger's windshield after a rock chipped it, they completely redid the seals as well. It took around 90 minutes. It's never leaked. You can't put new seals over old, worn out seals.
