I have a 2007 Honda CR-V and while pressing the gas sometimes it gives me a kickback / jerk around I’ve been looking around and can’t find any answers , can you help me ?

How many miles on the car? Does it happen only happen on a hard acceleration?

The mileage is 225,203 and yes it only happens sometimes when I accelerate a little harder than normal
Start with cleaning the throttle body and MAF sensor.
