I added fog lights put in the relays a new headlight switch and they still won't come on my research says you need a star scan tool to tell the computer to accept the fog lights and turn them on the dealership wants to charge me a diagnostic fee and they're telling me that they don't know what I'm talking about resetting the computer for the fog lights is there any other shops you know of that does this on the vehicles
