I have a Chevy Monte Carlo and I am customizing and hit the A/C system on the car. I checked the price for a new compressor and the A/C lines and the price is around $1000. What I need to know is, can I adapt the new compressors to the old system or should I spend the money on one of those classic air units or spend the money and keep it original?

Get a classic unit you're starting to add new stuff to old stuff that never works right I'm best to do the whole thing correctly
