I have a Honda City 2004 iDSi with CVT transmission that is leaking. Will the ATP AT-205 Re-Seal Stops Leaks will fix this problem?

Of course not. No "mechanic in a bottle" will fix a worn-out part. However if the leaking seal is just a little hardened but otherwise undamaged it might help for a while.
