[Solved] Honda CR-V rebuilt transmission problems

Just replaced my transmission on my 2005 Honda CR-V. Got it back from the mechanic yesterday and now I’m met with this heartbeat noise when I’m not accelerating or pressing down on the gas pedal. Any opinion on what it may be?

Here is the video

Now you can't post an actual video here the bandwidth is too small so put it on YouTube then just put the YouTube link here and I'll watch it

Didn’t you notice the noise when you got the car there? If you didn’t have this noise before, take it back to the shop.

@yaser
Yeah, I’ll do it first thing tomorrow. Currently stuck at work for the whole day, I just wanted to see if it’s because something wasn’t tightened when the the transmission was put on or maybe they didn’t put the front left side wheel on properly. Either way I have a 6 month warranty on the transmission that was installed. Just don’t want it to be another random issue that may cost me an arm and a leg.

If I were you, I wouldn’t not touch anything. If it was not making this sound before the repair, they are supposed to take care of it no matter where the issue is from the tranny or other parts since they messed it up.

Yea man, I’ll do my best to not even use the car from here until tomorrow morning.
