I m thinking to buy new KiaK5ex model .... not sure about the kia ,as everyone else prepared toyota or honda as more reliable cars...i m just not sure and very confused as its my first car and I don’t know much about it..plz suggest me something if u can
For $25,000-30,000 you can get a nice Camry or Accord.

That's a huge budget, are we talking United States Dollars? If so, I would save the money and get a nice 3 4 year old Corolla or Camry for 15 grand or so. Unless you are looking brand new, thats a different story.
Hyundai and Kia are endless moneypits.
