I have a 2001 mercury grand marquis. When I’m on the interstate going roughly 60-75 mph I get this hard vibration while I’m accelerating but when I let off the gas it stop. And it keeps repeating until it’s under 60 mph what could this be ?

That sounds like a problem with the u-joints, or the rear differential.

Check the CV joints. If they are god, follow Scotty's video:

The Grand Marquis is a rear-wheel drive car. It doesn't have any CV joints.
