Honda civic 2011 8th gen. Hi anyone have encountered where the idle rpm drop at COLD ENGINE when turning the steering wheel? The car vibrates and rpm drop to 650 rpm. This does only at cold engine. I have just cleanwd throttle body, idle relearn using scanner, valve tappets adjust, new fuel filter, cleaned Maf sensor and egr.

The power steering pump is putting too much load on the engine. Check it for proper function, fluid level and possible replace.
