I have a 2004 toyota corolla with 245,000 miles, automatic. No codes. Whenever I am at a stoplight with the blinker or windshield wipers on the car idle pulses. It's in sync with them, when the blinker hits the idle shudders slightly. You cant see the rpms on the tach drop it's so slight. But I can feel it did I lose shielding on something causing the electrical interference?

Have your entire electrical system load tested.
If you’re still on the factory alternator, odds are it’s that.

My vote is for an alternator on the way out.
