Hi Scotty, my buddy is working a Security detail in the Middle East and was wondering what he could do to enhance the performance & horsepower on a 2011 Chevy Tahoe with automatic trans.? It is also armor plated. Thanks for any advice!

A vehicle that is reinforced with armor and presumably bullet-proof windows and other security details will invariably add weight to the vehicle. Hindsight is 20/20 but a turbodiesel platform would have been best for your friend from the beginning.
Take off the armor plating that weight makes those things slow and they're not fast to begin with I mean if you really wants to go you can put a supercharger on it but then it would turn burn out the engine and transmission faster
