Hi Scotty,
I recently inherited my grandparents 2009 Ford Taurus SEL 3.5L v6 automatic with 38k on the odometer. Is there anything with this particular make and model I should nip in the bud now before mechanical failure? I am currently hearing a creak from the front passenger side when pulling in and out of my driveway that has me concerned.

Well Jack it up in here and see if there's any play if there's no play you can spray WD-40 on rubber bushings and all often stop Creek and as long as something's not really worn the metal and rubber rubbing will Creek as. I would check all the fluids and everything too and because of low mileage even though it's older I would change the transmission fluid and filter
