Mr. Scotty. I am thinking instead of cleaning the 4 injectors by new ones. I saw on the video and it has a filter inside like a basket and that filter will have debris for sure.
I checked Rock Auto it has 3 options: which one would you buy?
-ULTRA-POWER FJ1069 {#2320909175, 2320939175} $26.89
-BECK/ARNLEY 1581571 $38.79
-STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS FJ1069 {#2320909175, 2320939175} $96.79
I am living here in Houston/Richmond, sad that you moved to Tennessee please tell me any travel coming back to Texas.
Thanks a lot and have a Blessed day 🙂
What’s the reason for all this? What are your symptoms?
There no Symptoms at the moment only that I think the last time I cleaned them was having 45K Miles. Maybe I will wait like the comments below. I thing that I did was changed the spark plugs at 100k 2 months ago. The Main Reason is that if we need to take out the old injectors to clean them it will be beneficial to install new ones.
Do some research to see which is the OEM manufacturer first. Don't cheap out on the injectors. In general, you don't want to cheap out on any car part.
There may not even be any debris stuck inside the injectors because the fuel filter should catch all the junk before it gets to the injectors. 106k is a bit too early to be replacing injectors. What's the issue?
Razmig is right! Seems too early for any injector issues. Did the gas get contaminated or something? In all my years and cars I have never replaced an injector.
