I was wondering are parts interchangeable between 1997 Toyota Camrys and Lexus of the same year? Or even Honda accords of the same year because they look like 2 peas in a pot

The short answer to your question, is maybe. But it’ll depend on the VIN of your vehicle and the part number.

Take the Denso fuel pump for example, it seems they are the same part for the 1997 Camry and the 1997 ES, but you’ll have to verify it with your dealer using your VIN -
Honda accords of the same year
I doubt it.

Camry vs. Lexus? Maybe yes.
Accord vs. Acura? Maybe yes.
Camry/Lexus vs Accord? Most likely not.
