2000 Lexus Sc 300, 85 k miles.
1. Driven >2000 miles a year.
2. All original IRS.
3. Will eat the new rear tires in to out in 5-6k miles to slicks.
4. It doesn’t bounce withe the ole plush the fender technique.
5. Aligned once a year.
I’m at my wits end. Look forward to your guidance.
Ps. Never bent nor seen rain.
You should use more descriptive titles than "Irs". You'll get more answers that way.

At that mileage your irs (independent rear suspension) bushings are worn out or rotted. That will let the tires be mis-aligned.
