Hey scotty is it normal for a 2019 honda civic 2.0 liter engine with 18,000 miles on it to take a very slightly longer time to start the engine in cold weather like 45 degrees to 55 degrees? I live in california

The car is pretty new, so it shouldn't be having problems with the starter etc. During colder temperatures yes it can probably take a little longer.
