is it ok to drive with a misfire more than 25 miles?

2014 Mustang GT 101,903mi manual.

Going tomorrow to get sparkplugs but I drove the car to work over 25mi away from home but the misfire was only the last 5mi and I still have to drive to get the sparkplugs.

Also, did the coil swap to see if was those, it isn't.

You shouldn't have any issues with that short amount of time. Are you sure it's just the spark plugs?

Don't rule out a vacuum leak or fuel injector. To be on the safe side, do a cranking and running compression test and a combustion leak test.

Okay well what it looks like is it's not the spark plugs, I swapped them out. It's not the coils cause I swapped them around and it's still cylinder four. It's not the fuel injectors they got clean not too long ago.

Spark plug can be seen here

If the spark is there and the fuel is there, follow BC St's suggestion on doing a compression test - do #4 and a couple others for comparison.

I'll do the compression test hopefully tomorrow... I put some injector cleaner in my car along with an octane booster, no change. I made a vid of the ticking I'm getting from cyl4... cyl 4 misfire and ticking.

I just realized I was using add answer instead of comment 😸
