2001 Honda Civic EX, 129,000 miles, manual transmission
Owner's manual recommends premium-grade 5W-20 motor oil. Is it okay to use either synthetic blend or fully synthetic 5W-20 motor oil?

Either would be fine. Full synthetic is more "premium".
