Is it possible to flush sand (Sabotage) from a crankcase?

Granddaughters X (allegedly) sliced the Mass air flow connector, poured sugar in the gas tank and put sand in the crankcase through the oil cap.  I spliced a junk yard salvage connector, dropped the tank and replace the pump and internal filter ('07 Altima) and dropped the oil pan.  Flushed the crankcase with diesel.  Disconnected the coil packs and turned the engine over several times.  Drained and refilled with oil.  I told her to sell, sell, sell.

Well if the car wasn't started and they poured sand in you could run a whole bunch of diesel fuel from the top down the bottom with the drain plug out but I would really remove the oil pan to do that only if the engine had started it's too late they'll be sanding everything and it's probably beyond repair
