Is my Grand Marquis dead?

2008 Mercury Grand Marquis, 176,000 miles, automatic transmission.
 
Was running fine. Started car, it idled rough then stalled. Started again, same thing, this time check engine and "wrench" lights came on.

P0102   MAF or VAF A Circuit Low Input

P0135   O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

P0141   O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

P0155   O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

P0161   O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 2)

P0403   EGR Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Circuit Malfunction

P0443   EVAP Emission Control System Purge Valve C Fault

Check battery, alternator, and grounds. Low voltage or alternator ripple could be making your ECM go funny in the head. (It's unlikely all of those disparate items would coincidentally go bad at the same time. More likely there's a single root cause.)
