I’m in the market for a reliable pickup, preowned reliable 4x4. Would you recommend a Tundra or Ram. Should I look at other manufacturers? Is the Ram 5.7 reliable?

Of course when looking at any used vehicle a thorough inspection by a good mechanic before purchase is imperative to determine its actual condition.

The Toyota Tundra will way outlast any Dodge Ram. Take a prospective vehicle to a trustworthy mechanic to check it out before you buy.
