I live not far away in Maryland, and that looks like the price for a truck with half that many miles.

The others already answered the question. One mention however, even if you drive on the highway a lot, nothing says the previous owners did, and they drove for most of its life.

The price is through the roof. Also, it has over 3 owners, is listed as multiple use, and has 250k miles.
Even Edmunds puts the value (excellent condition, everything working perfectly fine) at $4500.
