I test drove couple used Rx350 (3-5 years old). What I found is: the steering wheel vibrating a little bit at low RPM like: when waiting
a light, or started but not moving. I did not test new one yet, but I think maybe the same.
Clarification: So you test drive model year 2016-2018? What were the mileage on those?
Not many mileages. below 50 K miles. I think that is a common "issue" for RX 350. If you do not pay attention, you may ignore it.

They can be great vehicles. Make sure to have a mechanic inspect it.
