Dear Scotty, I had an 2004 Isuzu Rodeo with the 3.5 direct injection engine. The egine burned oil from day one. I drove it 168k miles before selling it. After speaking to serval people that had these vehicles, they all burned oil, EVERY SINGLE ONE! My question is What is the deal with isuzu engines? Why do they burn oil and where is it going?
Thank you, - Brent Miller, Knoxville, TN

They burn oil because their engines are poorly made. They always had weak piston rings and it's wear out and then they burn oil. I would never buy one
