[Solved] Jack Stands recommendations

In my research to find good Jack Stands I came across Pro Lift but, when I go to their website I noticed a cancer warning there:

do you know anything about this? also, can you recommend a good make for Jack Stands? I liked that these Pro Lift's have a double pin for extra security.

thank you!

Did you try to read the Warning?  Seems "The Warning" on items is required by California Law.  I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn but I think a cancer warning on jack stands is bullsnot.  I think I would watch for more dangerous things such as pinched fingers instead of cancer because it might have cancer causing agents in the paint.  Sometimes warnings can go too far.

If you like those stands then get them.  If you run from everything with a cancer warning you will never stop running.

If you live in California it'll give you Cancer. Everywhere else you'll be fine.

Seems politicians have no common sense. They even think COVID can "get us" on one side of a street and not the other. One day we will either "Live Free Or Die", for real and that slogan will be more than words on a wall.

Seems like not in my lifetime

O2 has a prop 65 warning on it in Caly!
Die on my feet before I live on my knees...

Pro lift jack stands are great. I have a set of 4 along with their hydraulic jack. I definitely recommend them. Cancer warning is some political bullshit. Everything gives you cancer in the state of California apparently.

I think that simply living in CA gives you cancer.

It does... just listen to what comes out of Caly!
