Good afternoon everyone hope all is well. I couldn't think of how else to title but 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with a lil over 168,500 miles and still goin strong. This doesn't happen always everyday but happens very few times but when I start it up it cranks for 4 seconds before it finally starts. What could cause it to happen? I can't figure out what it could possibly be.
Spray starter fluid in the intake and try to start it. If it starts, it's not getting enough fuel, or the right amount of fuel.
Do Scotty's video, Make your Car Run Better with Spray Cleaner and go from there.
Hmmmm... Yes I'll give that a try
test fuel pump
make sure cat isn't clogged
Thumbs up
Why not get it scanned for any codes and find out?
It still throws up code P0420
Why didn't you say that in your 12/7/2022 post? @Chaseboy4
That's my bad half the time I dont think to include certain information before its posted
Turned out what caused P0420 a second time was the O2 sensors
