My jeep has been making a weird sound that happens sometimes when accelerating, the sound is not constant and only happens for less than a second and then stops. It sounds very similar to this https://youtube.com/shorts/lXj3nVybC44?feature=share
I got the truck from a private party and when doing checkups there was at least 1-1/2L of oil more than it should it have, because of that, the egr valve got filled with oil make the combustion chamber got contaminated making oil go up to the intake, checked on the catalytic converter and the bee hive looks good. It does not sound like the grinding of gear, but like a piece of metal hitting something.
btw heat shields are good too, the sounds feels like it comes from the driver side right below the accelerator pedal
