I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that cranks but won’t start it was running one day then lost power and just stop running. I was told it needed a new fuel pump by the dealership but the proper diagnostic was never done. Is there a possibility is could be something else. I also just got a a tune up done on it and a fuel injector service and fluid done on it a little over a month ago

diagnostic wasn't done to eliminate any possibilities, so yes.
I was told it needed a new fuel pump
Spray some starting fluid in the intake. You'll know right away.
